- Wheat flour300 g

- Cornmeal or wheat to roll the dough to taste
- Place the eggs and salt in a bowl and add the wheat flour until you get a homogeneous dough, a little harder than bread.
- Roll out with a rolling pin or roller until the dough is very thin.
- Spread some cornmeal on the dough and roll it up like a roulade.
- Cut the rolled dough without kneading with a space of about 1 cm
- Unroll what you cut, adding a little more cornmeal so they don't stick together
- Boil water and gradually add the pasta to cook.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain and prepare with your favorite sauce.
