- warm milk250 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Wheat flour4 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Mix dry ingredients and reserve
- Mix the wet ingredients and gradually add to the dry ones.
- Knead well and let it rest for 45 minutes.
- Knead again, shape and let it rest for another 45 minutes.
- Brush with milk and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden.
