- start by putting the milk, butter to heat. Stick your finger inside for 10 seconds if you can handle it, that's the point. . ➡️ You can't let it heat up too much so you don't kill the yeast! . Take this warm milk, add the yeast and let it rest for about 10 minutes until it starts to foam. . Then add the egg and add the wheat little by little until a very nice dough is left and it doesn't stick to the hand. (It may be that you take less wheat or even more) Put it little by little so you don't weigh the dough . Let it rest for 1 hour until it doubles in volume. If the day is very hot, 30 minutes is enough. . . Knead the dough and shape as you like. You can use sweet or savory fillings, or just make it without filling. . ➡️ Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
