- Wheat flour1/2 kg
- Water200 ml
- Granulated Yeast30 g
- Oil1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 coffee spoon
- Dissolve yeast in warm water, add salt, sugar and oil.
- Add flour little by little, mixing with your hands until the dough is homogeneous, if necessary, add flour, work the dough approximately 15 minutes until it is smooth and releasing air bubbles.
- Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 40 minutes.
- Roll out the dough not too thick as it grows a lot and leave about 0.5 cm.
