- Wheat flour600 g

- Salt to taste
- Spinach Powder10 g
- In a bowl, place the flour and spinach powder and mix.
- Place the eggs and salt in the center of the bowl and mix well until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a clean bench and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the bowl.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut 0.5 cm strips and pass it in the wheat flour so it doesn't stick.
- Put a pan on the fire with boiling water and a little salt, add some strips and let it cook for a few minutes, it's very fast
- In a bowl of water at room temperature, place the pasta that is cooked from the pan with the help of a fork or a slotted spoon.
- Repeat again until the dough is finished.
- Drain the pasta from the cold water and place on a platter, add the sauce you want. This one I used white sauce and finished with a parsley leaf.
