- Wheat flour3 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- Organic dry yeast / 1 dessert spoon (10g).10 g
- Warm water1 cup
- **FOR THE EDGE0 l
- Cornmeal1 tablespoon
- Cream cheese300 g
- **FOR FILLING0 l
- Tomato sauce5 tablespoon
- Mozzarella Cheese300 g
- Pepperoni sausage / Unit: 1 segment1 unit(s)
- Large onion1 unit(s)
- Parsley1 to taste
- Olive1 to taste
- **FOR MASS
- In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, olive oil, yeast and water.
- Mix until it becomes a firm dough. Knead for 10 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a ball, cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for an hour. At this stage I leave the bowl with the dough in the microwave with the door ajar.
- As soon as the dough rises, grease the countertop with wheat flour and roll out the dough leaving more than the size of the roast.
- **TO THE EDGE
- Sprinkle the pan with cornmeal.
- Put the dough on the baking sheet, add the curd on the edge.
- Sprinkle a little water on the edge to help with the crease. Close the edge of the pizza.
- **FOR THE FILLING
- Spread the tomato sauce over the dough. Put the cheese and then the sliced pepperoni.
- If you want onion, cut it very thin, boil water and let the onion soak for 15 minutes. Drain the water and add to the pizza.
- Garnish with olives and parsley.
- Bake in a preheated oven at maximum temperature for 20-25 minutes.
- Hint: This measure of mass can be divided by 2.
