- Soybean oil3 tablespoon
- Eggs1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Whole milk100 ml
- Organic Dry Yeast1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Cheddar cheese or curd flavor1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Pepperoni1 to taste
- Tomato sauce3 tablespoon
- Onion1 to taste
- Tomato1 to taste
- Olive6 to taste
- Put the milk to heat until it is lukewarm, add the biological yeast, the egg, the sugar, the oil and the salt and stir until you get a mixture of these ingredients... Add the wheat flour little by little, mixing until it is consistent. Move to a bench and beat with your hands. Sprinkle rail flour in this process so it doesn't stick! Open the dough with a rolling pin and transfer it to the shape already greased with oil and wheat flour.
- With the dough already open on the baking sheet, place the cheese or chadder on the edges, turn the edges, add the tomato sauce, the grated or sliced mozzarella cheese, olives, pepperoni, tomato, onion and finally the cheese or chadder on top and oregano to taste!
- Bake in the oven at 180° For approximately 30 minutes.
- Now just serve!
