- Instant Dry Yeast10 g
- Warm water1 cup
- Corn oil1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Flour500 g
- In a bowl add the dry yeast and sugar and mix.
- Heat the water until it is lukewarm
- Mix water with yeast and sugar
- Add 3 tablespoons of flour and mix with a spoon
- Let this mixture ferment for about 30 minutes covered with a clean cloth.
- After 30 minutes add the rest of the flour and start kneading with your hands.
- Add salt and continue kneading the dough for about 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- After resting, open the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
- If necessary add more flour until it comes off your hands and you can shape the dough.
- After opening the dough, take the pizza shape and add the tomato sauce.
- Add stuffing to taste (mozzarella cheese, boiled egg, tomato and olive)
- Bake at 140 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden.
