- pot cheese500 g
- Ham300 g
- Mozzarella300 g
- Ground beef500 g
- Tomato sauce3 unit(s)
- Parmesan to taste
- Salt to taste
- Open the pastry dough, cut strips 3 fingers wide, pass the curd on the strips, put ham, mozzarella, and roll the strips.
- Place in a greased shape only with margarine and set aside.
- Season and cook the minced meat as usual, add the tomato sauces and once ready, place it on top of the reserved rondellis until it covers half of them, put Parmesan on top and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
