- warm milk240 ml
- 400-500g of wheat flour5 cup
- Sesame or Oregano to taste
- In a large refractory you will place the yeast, milk and sugar and beat well.
- Then add 1 egg, salt and oil.
- Finally, add the flour little by little until you reach a consistency so you can start kneading on the countertop.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes in a tearing motion.
- Make the portions according to your desire and add the stuffing of your preference.
- After closing the buns, let them rest for 40 minutes or until they double in size.
- Use only the egg yolk to brush each bun with sesame or oregano
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180°
