- Yeast3 tablespoon
- grated coconut10 g
- Mix all the ingredients except the coconut until you get a uniform dough.
- Roll it the way you want, optional to be braided, leave it reserved in a place for the yeast to take effect
- Heat the oven to 200 g for 10 min
- Bake at 150 degrees until you get the smell and a dorada on top
