- Wholemeal flour4 cup
- Wheat germ1/2 cup
- Oat bran1/2 cup
- Golden flaxseed flour2 tablespoon
- Brown flaxseed2 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- warm milk2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, combine the ingredients: wholemeal flour, wheat germ, oatmeal, golden flaxseed flour, brown flaxseed.
- Beat the eggs, warm milk, oil, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a blender.
- Place the blender mixture in the bowl with the flours and mix very slowly with a wooden spoon. The dough is soft.
- Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake in a medium oven at 180°C to 200°C for 35 minutes.
