- Cooked parboiled rice2 cup
- Diced chicken breast200 g
- Fresh peas1/3 cup
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1/2 cup
- Chopped Ham1/5 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Whole milk1.5 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Squeezed Lime1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Straw potato to taste
- Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
- Season the chicken with lemon, salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken cubes, remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan melt the butter and brown the onion. Add the wheat, mix until you form a homogeneous paste.
- Add the milk little by little, stirring constantly. Season with salt and return the chicken to the pan.
- Cook for 5 minutes and add the rice, mix and add the ham and peas.
- Let it cook for another 2 minutes, hit the salt and add the cheese, stir well and turn off the fire.
- Add the chives, mix and serve with straw potatoes.
