- Semolina for sprinkling100 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Put the wheat flour in a container, make a well in the center of the flour and add the eggs.
- Mix the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour in the fridge.
- Remove the dough and cut into pieces, pass through the smooth rolling pin of the pasta machine until it reaches the thickness of 2 mm, then pass through the pasta cutter of the desired measure.
- If necessary sprinkle a little semolina so that the dough does not stick to the machine.
- Put water and a tablespoon of oil in a pan, after boiling put the pasta, leave it until it reaches the desired point.
- Add your favorite sauce and serve.
