- Pasta (spaghetti)500 g
- Water3 l
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Olive oil (1 pinch) to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Mozzarella cheese (5 slices)5 unit(s)
- Diced Bacon150 g
- Ripe Tomato, Peeled and diced500 g
- Grated large onion1 unit(s)
- Basil2 tablespoon
- Garlic Cloves (Mashed)2 unit(s)
- Place the pot of water on high heat.
- When the water is boiling, add the pasta, stirring constantly with a fork to avoid sticking.
- Leave the pasta al dente, drain and wash the pasta in cold water and leave it in the colander. Reserve.
- In a pan, prepare the tomatoes, and brown them in the bacon along with the onion and garlic, DO NOT PUT WATER. Mix non-stop.
- There should be a thick sauce.
- Do not add tomato sauce or paprika.
- When the sauce is very juicy, add the basil and turn off the heat with the pan covered.
- Then, take the pasta that was left in the colander and pour it into the pan with the sauce. Mix well.
- Serving mode: Take the pasta with the sauce (still hot), put it on a plate, then take 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and place it on top of the pasta. Then just enjoy. It's delicious! 🇧🇷
