- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the manioc and squeeze it while still hot, in a pan add the squeezed manioc, the butter and the cream, mix well, and the salt, brown the onion and garlic, add the jerky and let it fry well, in a refractory greased with olive oil add a layer of puree and a layer of meat, so on until all the ingredients are used up, the last layer of puree being used, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven to brown.
