- DOUGH: In a bowl, add the flour
- Then add the water little by little and mix.
- Add a pinch of salt to the dough mixture.
- After getting a good consistency, cover the dough with cling film and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- FILLING: In a bowl, season the ground pork, add the chopped onion and chives and mix everything together.
- After the dough rests, open the dough with the help of a rolling pin, cut the dough with the help of some round object, cut it into small circles.
- Add the stuffing to the dough and close by kneading the ends together.
- Finally, in a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, add a little water and cover, so the stuffing will cook, leave it for about 5 minutes, then it will be ready to serve.
