- 1 packet of fresh Lasagna500 g

- Mozzarella Cheese500 g
- Sachet of tomato sauce1 unit(s)

- Garlic1 to taste

- Salt1 to taste
- Coriander1 to taste
- Sugar1 dessert spoon

- Chop the onions and garlic and bring to a boil. After sautéing, put the ground beef, mix well in the garlic and onion. Soon after you will add the chopped tomato, cilantro, parsley and all the seasonings to taste, let it sauté for 8 minutes and add the tomato sauce. Mix well ! After adding the sauce, add a dessert spoon of sugar to remove the acid from the sauce and let it boil for another 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and reserve the sauce.
- In a refractory of your choice, I put a shallow ladle of ready sauce, on top put the lasagna pasta, cheese and ham and another layer of lasagna and add the sauce on top, doing so until the pasta is finished. Finally, cover the lasagna with the slices of cheese, take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, and let it brown. Now just remove from the oven and serve!
