- Ingredients for the stuffing - Ground beef1 kg
- Mozzarella Cheese500 g
- Ham500 g
- Tomato Extract1 can(s)
- Tomato sauce2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Season1 unit(s)
- 1. Start with the minced meat, in a pan put a thread of oil, the garlic, the salt and the seasoning, let it brown a little and put the minced meat, let it fry well. 2. Then add the tomato paste, and tomato sauce, if it gets too dry add a little water. 3. After the meat is ready, we go to the assembly, in a marinex or tray, start lining with the ground meat sauce and put a layer of ready pasta, on top and cover with the mozzarella cheese, then come with the ham and put more a layer of ready-made dough and so on, when it reaches the top of the marinex or tray, cover it completely with the mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with the oregano. 4. Place in the oven for about 30 minutes or more depending on your oven, then serve.
