- Pre-cooked lasagna noodles500 g
- Ground beef1 kg
- Tomato extract2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Milk1 l
- Wheat Flour6 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese500 g
- Parmesan cheese500 g
- Sliced Ham250 g
- Nutmeg, seasoning and salt to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Prepare the ground beef with 1/2 chopped onion and tomato paste and 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning and set aside
- Grate the two cheeses in separate bowls
- In a liter of milk, stirring constantly, add the other half of the finely chopped onion, the six tablespoons of wheat flour (previously dissolved in part of the milk), the 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, and continue stirring until it thickens, add 1 cup of each of the cheeses and the cream, turn the heat off and keep stirring until a homogeneous white cream is formed
- In a large pyrex, place a layer of the sauce with ground meat, cover with the lasagna pasta, place a layer of the white sauce and grated cheese, cover with the lasagna, place another layer of the red sauce and the sliced hams and place the lasagna, and on top the last layer of white sauce with the rest of the grated cheese
