- lasagna noodles1 kg
- ground beef2 kg
- garlic4 unit(s)
- oil4 tablespoon
- mixed seasoning1 coffee spoon
- beef bouillon cube2 unit(s)
- tomato paste2 unit(s)
- pitted olives100 g
- salt to taste
- mozzarella cheese300 g
- ham300 g
- cottage cheese4 cup
- grated parmesan2 unit(s)
- In a pan add oil and garlic to brown. Add the ground beef, stir well to avoid lumps.
- Add the mixed seasoning, beef broth and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste, the olive, leave it with plenty of broth, if necessary add water. Cook for 15 minutes
- In a refractory add some of the meat broth, a layer of lasagna pasta, a layer of curd, a layer of cheese and another layer of ham. So on. Finally the layer of meat, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 50 minutes
