- 4 sheets of lasagna - 1 chopped zucchini -1 chopped carrot - 1/2 onion - 3 chopped tomatoes - cilantro. 150g zest - 1 clove of garlic - 1/2 lemon - salt - olive oil to taste
- Make a sauté with the carrot and zucchini, give the carrot a light boil. Reserve. Beat the tofu in the blender with the salt, lemon, water, garlic and olive oil until it becomes a very creamy cheese. Reserve Note You can add more lemon or garlic.
- With a ladle, drizzle the bottom of a refractory with homemade or market-ready tomato sauce. Layer the dough, vegetable filling, sauce, and tofu cream. Finish with the tofu cream. The secret is to give space between the doughs at the time of assembly and drizzle with hot sauce to hydrate the dough. Leave the lasagna ready in the fridge and bake the day it is consumed.
