- Ground beef500 g
- Tomato sauce2 can(s)
- Ham200 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Pastry dough1 to taste
- Salt and spices1 to taste
- Sauté the ground beef and add the tomato sauce. (I put two cans but it can be two sachets of sauce, it's good that it's a more liquid sauce so the lasagna doesn't get dry when it goes in the oven)
- In a refractory place some of the bolognese sauce, cut the pastry dough the size of your refractory or shape, place ham and mozzarella on top, follow this sequence: sauce/pasta/ham and mozzarella. Finishing off with the mozzarella!
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes! Pastry dough cooks fast, keep an eye out!!😉😉
