- Shimeji or Hiratake Ibitu500 g
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Boxes of sour cream2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Shoyu to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Onion to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Melt the butter in a large skillet or wok, sauté the onion until golden.
- Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and separate one by one (it's ridiculously easy with kitchen scissors)
- Add the mushrooms (Shimeji or Hiratake) to the pan and let it sauté well, until it wilts.
- Add the Shoyu and stir until the flavor is well, reducing the broth a little.
- Add the two boxes of cream and the nutmeg powder
- Turn off the fire and add the chives
- Drain the cooked pasta and pour the sauce on top in a roasting pan. Serve right away, warm with grated parmesan 😋
