- Desalted sun-dried meat1 kg
- Oil1/2 dessert spoon
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Onion and black pepper1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella1 pint
- In a pan add the oil, add the sun meat and the pepperoni let it fry add the garlic the onion let it brown
- Soon after, add the rice, the peas, the corn, salt to taste and black pepper, sauté well and add water, let it cook until it boils.
- Once cooked, remove all the rice and transfer to a platter that can be taken to the oven, cover all the rice with mozzarella, take it to gratin for 5 minutes and serve to taste
