- Wheat flour250 g
- Warm water120 g
- Soybean oil35 g
- Table salt5 g
- In a bowl, mix the salt and flour;
- Make a hole in the center and slowly pour in the warm water;
- Add soybean oil;
- Start mixing with a spoon in the center of the bowl;
- When you can no longer mix with the spoon, use your hands!
- Don't knead! Mix the dough until it is uniform;
- Form a ball and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 40 minutes
- With the help of a knife, cut the dough into 8 pieces and make mini balls;
- Let it rest for another 30 minutes
- Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into thin discs.
- From now on you need to be quick, take the dough to the hot skillet and let it brown on both sides.
- After toasting the dough, sprinkle water on top and let it rest with a cloth on top;
- Repeat this process with the remaining 7 discs, and you're done!
