Lemon and yogurt cake

Bato no liquidificador os ovos, o iogurte, o óleo, o suco do limão e o açúcar por 2 minutos. 

In a blender, beat the eggs, yogurt, oil, lemon juice and sugar for 2 minutes.

Passado os 2 minutos, adicione a colher de fermento e pulsar por 3 vezes, pra misturar. 

After 2 minutes, add the yeast spoon and pulse 3 times, to mix.

Coloque em uma forma com furo ao meio untada e enfarinhada, leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus.

Put it in a shape with a hole in the middle, greased and infarinhada, take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Deixe assar por 30 minutos ou até enfiar um palito e ele sair  limpo e seco.

Bake for 30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean and dry.
