- Recipe
- Spaghetti pasta (I used hard granno)500 g
- Ground Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Lemon zest to taste
- Limoncello1/2 cup
- Extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Put a lot of water in a pan and wait for it to boil, lower the heat and add a tablespoon of salt.
- Add the spaghetti pasta without breaking it in half, it will soften and sink in the water as it cooks (push it with a fork)
- Cook until al dente and drain the pasta, set aside
- In a pan put the olive oil and the ground garlic and sauté until golden, add the limoncello and the cooked pasta, leave it on low heat
- Stir well and season with ground black pepper and adjust salt if necessary.
- Turn off the heat and serve the pasta on plates.
- With a grater sprinkle lemon on each plate (be careful not to grate the white part as it is bitter)
- Finish with grated parmesan cheese to taste and serve next đ
