- Red Lentil1 cup
- Water300 ml
- Dried Onion1 tablespoon
- Something dehydrated1 tablespoon
- Dehydrated Oregano1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Turmeric1/4 teaspoon
- Spicy paprika1/4 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- First, soak the lentils for at least 2 hours (I left them overnight to make them for lunch);
- Drain the lentil, rinse it well;
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- The dough is ready, now grease the frying pan (place a stove grid on top of the other), with a ladle, take this dough and put it in the frying pan (each ladle is a pancake dough).
- Cooking process is slower, when you see that the dough is coming off the pan, gently turn the other side. And so it goes until the dough runs out. . I made the stuffing with ground beef, but you can use your imagination!
