- Wheat flour500 g
- Oil60 g
- Sugar60 g
- Salt30 g
- Water350 l
- Dry yeast10 g
- Put the yeast together with sugar
- Add the oil, salt and water.
- Put the thin slice until it comes out of your hand, but it's fluffy, not hard. Taking care to put up to 500g
- Leave to rest for 30 minutes, divide the dough and put it in the oven at 160c Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
- It's great as a sfira dough, fill as you want
