  • Pasta250 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
  • Milk600 ml
  • Canned cream1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan3 tablespoon
  • Cottage cheese4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and add the wheat flour. When it starts to brown, add the milk.
  3. Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened.
  4. Season with salt and nutmeg.
  5. Add the parmesan and cottage cheese and mix well. Add the cream of milk, mix and turn off the fire.
  6. Place the pasta on a platter and pour the sauce over it.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan and, if you have it, crumble some toast and throw it on top too. Take it to the oven to give a light gratin.
  8. Enjoy.
