- Pasta250 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Milk600 ml
- Canned cream1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan3 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the wheat flour. When it starts to brown, add the milk.
- Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Season with salt and nutmeg.
- Add the parmesan and cottage cheese and mix well. Add the cream of milk, mix and turn off the fire.
- Place the pasta on a platter and pour the sauce over it.
- Sprinkle parmesan and, if you have it, crumble some toast and throw it on top too. Take it to the oven to give a light gratin.
- Enjoy.
