- Risoni1 cup
- Shrimp500 g
- Fresh cream500 ml
- Crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- In a pan with water and salt, put the risoni to cook in al dente. Drain and leave some of the cooking water
- Season the prawns with salt and pepper
- In a pan with a spoon of butter and a drizzle of oil, brown the prawns, remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the garlic and add the cream, season with salt and pepper. Add the lemon zest and juice
- Add the prawns and let the sauce thicken a little. Put the risoni with the little of the cooking water, and let it boil a little to soften the risoni. Finish with grated parmesan
