- Linguine300 g
- Garlic Sliced5 unit(s)
- Fried bacon and already reserved100 g
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Parsley, chives and basil to taste
- Salt, pepper and spices to taste
- Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking1 cup
- Fry the bacon and set aside. In the same skillet, fry the garlic in the oil until golden and add the pasta.
- Mix, add cooking water to emulsify. Add the other seasonings preferably, salt, parsley and chives. let it cool a little
- Add the grated cheese, bacon and basil leaves (optional)
- I like to serve it with another drizzle of olive oil and cheese on top, very warm. Pepperoni in place of bacon is also delicious. Quick and easy and yet delicious food.
