- grated carrot1/3 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground beef500 g
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- First make the meat for the stuffing as usual and set it aside. Peel the carrot and grate it well. Combine the eggs, butter, carrots, milk and flour in a blender. TIP: For a more striking flavor, replace the milk with homemade chicken broth, it looks wonderful. Whisk until the carrots are finely chopped and become a very homogeneous mass. Add salt, and other seasonings if desired. Beat again to get the flavor well. Grease a frying pan if necessary, take it to the low fire to preheat for a few seconds. Pour the pancake batter in the center of the pan, spread it all over the bottom and return to low heat. Brown both sides, repeat this same process until all the pancake mix is used up. TIP: Whenever you remove the pancake batter from the pan, take the pan and shake it from side to side, this helps the pan to cool down a little, making the dough not stick.
- Stuff with the ground meat, pour the rest of the sauce on top and if you want, put cheese and take it to the oven for fixings.... (I didn't put this one, because I made it to freeze).
