- Snail Pasta250 g
- Sour Cream2 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Milk100 ml
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Cheddar Cheese150 g
- Mozzarella50 g
- Salt, Olive Oil, Nutmeg and Green Scent to taste
- In a pan with a high bottom, place the snail pasta and the water and salt, about halfway up. Let it cook until al dente. With the low fire, put a thread of olive oil in the pan, the garlic and the onion and sauté. When the onion is transparent, add the wheat flour, stir gently and carefully. For 3 minutes or until it starts to turn golden.
- Add the milk to the mixture in the pan, always stirring gently. Cook for a few minutes, until the mixture starts to thicken. Add the cream and mix. Then add the cheese little by little, stirring constantly. Check the salt and add the nutmeg. Once the sauce has a creamy sauce texture, you can add the snail noodles. Mix gently and then serve with green smell.
