- Snail noodles500 g
- Boiling water3 l
- Heavy cream2 can(s)
- Cheddar cheese200 g
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Milk100 ml
- In a pan, add the milk, Heavy cream, cheddar cheese and grated parmesan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Once everything is incorporated and becomes a creamy sauce, turn off the heat.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, boil the salted water. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, taking 2 minutes before the indicated time.
- Drain the pasta and place in a baking dish.
- Add the cheese sauce and mix well.
- Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
