- Butter30 g
- Wheat flour30 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta in the shape of your choice300 g
- cheddar cheese150 g
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Parmesan cheese30 g
- Whole milk300 ml
- Nutmeg to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Put a pan with 2L of water to boil. When it starts to bubble, add the salt and the pasta.
- In a smaller pot, make the roux with the butter and flour. Let it cook well.
- Add the milk and keep stirring with the Fouet.
- When the cream starts to take on a creamy thickness, add the salt, pepper and cheese.
- Don't forget to pay attention to the point of the pasta, when it's ready, drain all the pasta and let it rest.
- To finish the cream, add the nutmeg and paprika and stir a little more.
- Mix the cream with the dough and serve!
