- In a blender, beat the milk, coconut milk, eggs and sugar. Transfer half of the mixture to a container. The remainder that remained in the blender, beat half of the cassava, beat until obtaining a homogeneous mixture, repeat the operation with the other half of the reserved mixture and the remaining cassava. Mix the dough in a large bowl, add the butter, in a 23 cm diameter shape with a hole in the middle, greased with butter, put it in a hot oven (200°C) preheated. Bake for an hour and 30 minutes or until golden. Let cool, unmold and serve.
