Macaroni with Bacon Sauce

- Recipe
- 1 package of pasta of your choice500 g
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Canned cream or fresh cream400 g
- Chopped large onion1 unit(s)
- Minced or crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Chopped Bacon1 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Optional: broccoli to taste
- Leave everything already cut and separated. Bring a large pot of water and plenty of salt to a boil.
- Fry the bacon and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the onion in the bacon fat and then the garlic, add the cream and cook for 10 min, over low heat, until thickened.
- Return the bacon to this sauce. Turn off the fire and add the grated cheese and mix.
- Adjust the salt and add the butter. Optional: make broccoli in butter in the skillet and add to the preparation!
- Boiling water, add the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package. Drain the water and place the pasta on a platter, the broccoli and sauce on top. Ready!!
