- Elbow Noodles or other small500 g
- Milk1 l
- Salt to taste
- Chedar Cheese300 g
- Mozzarella or Parmesan Cheese300 g
- Place the milk and pasta in the pan, stirring constantly until al dente, if necessary add a little more milk;
- Add the cheddar cheese and salt over low heat (be careful with the salt because the cheese for gratin is already salty);
- Stir well until the chedar melts and incorporates, then transfer to a large platter;
- Place the mozzarella or parmesan cheese on top of the macaroni and put it in the oven for fixings.
