- Macaroni1 kg
- Mozzarella Cheese400 kg
- Gorgonzola Cheese200 kg
- Brie Cheese150 kg
- Cherry Tomatoes or Grapes in Box2 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Garlic (cloves)3 unit(s)
- Basil1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Bring the pasta water to a boil.
- On a platter, place the cheeses, the two boxes of tomatoes, the garlic cloves and the basil.
- Season the tomatoes with salt to taste (remembering that the cheeses are salty) and drizzle with plenty of olive oil.
- Bake in the oven until the cheeses are well melted and the tomatoes are cooked through.
- Put the pasta on to cook close to the time to remove the dish from the oven.
- Remove the dish from the oven and remove the garlic cloves.
- Mix the cheeses well with the tomatoes.
- Add the macaroni little by little and mix well.
- Finish with Parmesan cheese and more basil.
- Serve while still hot.
