- Broccoli a few bunches to taste
- Various cheeses500 g

- Wheat Flour40 g

- Milk400 ml
- Grate the cheeses
- Cook the broccoli until it is alive and al dente, do not overcook it so as not to become mushy. I like steaming
- Cook the pasta in boiling water until it is a little less than al dente, because we are going to finish cooking it in the sauce.
- In a skillet melt the butter over low heat and stir in the flour stirring until the flour is golden
- Heat the milk a little, it does not need to boil and gradually mix it into the flour with butter. Keep mixing until you reach the point of the desired sauce.
- Stir well until the flour dissolves with the butter in the milk. Don't worry, it takes a long time to dissolve
- Add the cheese and stir until dissolved
- Add macaroni and cook for another 1 min and serve
