- spaghetti noodles1 kg
- water to cook the macaroni2 l
- oil6 tablespoon
- salt to taste
- ground beef2 kg
- garlic4 unit(s)
- tomato paste2 unit(s)
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- chopped pepper1 unit(s)
- chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- beef broth2 unit(s)
- coriander1 unit(s)
- Bahia seasoning1 dessert spoon
- cottage cheese2 cup
- oil to grease the refractory2 tablespoon
- In a pan add water, when it boils, cook the macaroni with salt for 8 minutes. Drain and reserve
- In another pan add the oil, garlic, brown and place the ground beef, salt, Bahian seasoning and sauté for 20 minutes.
- Go adding the onion, tomato, pepper, beef broth.
- Add the tomato paste and cilantro. It has to be broth. If necessary, add a little water and let it cook.
- Put the oil in a refractory, pour the pasta and the ground beef on top. Put the cheese on the meat and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
