- rigatoni noodles1 cup
- Coconut Shoyo6 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Saute the zucchini and tomato in olive oil. Add the coconut soy sauce and sauté well. Add the cheese and turn off. Cook the pasta for 9 minutes and then drain and mix with the sauce. Serve it hot!
