- Dehydrated Siitake20 g
- Boiling water1 cup
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Milk200 ml
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Shoyo1 tablespoon
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Short pasta of your choice250 g
- Start by soaking the shiitake in boiling paprika water for 15 minutes. Then, squeeze the shiitake slices with your hands without discarding the liquid. Chop into small cubes.
- Add the cornstarch to the water used to hydrate the mushroom and mix until dissolved.
- While the pasta is cooking, sauté the garlic and onion in a drizzle of olive oil. Combine the shiitake and soy sauce. Saute some more.
- Add the water with the starch, the milk, season with salt and pepper and stir until it thickens.
- Add parsley, mix and serve next.
