Noodles (your choice)500 g
Canned tuna2 can(s)
Tomato sauce340 g
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Minced garlic3 unit(s)
Seasoning (I used homemade, green seasoning and green smell) to taste
Salt to taste
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Filtered water1/2 cup

Cook the pasta in boiling water, until al dente (it varies between 8-15 minutes, depending on the type);
Sauce: Saute garlic, onion and seasonings;
Then, add the tuna without the oil/water and sauté until lightly golden;
Put the tomato sauce, water and let it boil (always stirring) and turn off;
Drain all the water from the pasta and add the tuna sauce.
It can be served with grated cheese or in pieces.
