- Penne Pasta250 g
- Milk1 l
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon
- Ham200 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Bacon50 g
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Run, wash and book.
- For the white sauce, melt the margarine and add the wheat flour. Stir well with a fouet until golden and starts to foam.
- Add the milk and keep stirring until it thickens. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and 1 tbsp Parmesan.
- In a skillet, brown the bacon cut into cubes.
- For assembly, choose a large platter and put some white sauce on the bottom. Place half the macaroni, half the ham cut into cubes, half the cheese cut into cubes and the Bacon.
- Cover with a little white sauce and add the rest of the pasta, ham and cheese. Cover with the rest of the white sauce.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste and serve next!
