- Oregano to taste
- Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package, but do not add the seasoning yet. Cook for about 3 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.
- In the same pan where you cooked the pasta, add the cream cheese and half a cup of water. Stir over low heat until the cream cheese melts and forms a sauce.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the cream cheese sauce. Mix well so that the noodles are completely covered in the sauce.
- With the heat still low, add the grated or shredded mozzarella and mix until the cheese melts and becomes very thick.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. If desired, sprinkle some oregano on top for an extra touch of flavor.
- Your noodles noodles with cream cheese and mozzarella cheese are ready! Serve immediately while they are hot and creamy.
