Ingredients

flour200 g
sugar80 g
Egg1 unit(s)
orange blossom1 tablespoon
olive oil300 ml
orange juice1 cup
pinch of salt1 to taste
plant-based milk fillet1 unit(s)

Place the sugar and egg in the bowl of your food processor, then blend until the mixture is frothy.
Add the oil, orange juice, orange blossom and salt.
Add the flour little by little.
When the dough comes off the sides of the bowl, stop the robot and pick it up.
Form a ball and place it in a bowl.
Cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
On a floured surface, cut the dough into 8 equal portions.
Form 8 sausages about four inches long, then flatten them slightly on top.
Pinch the ends to create your shuttles.
Make a cut with a knife in the middle of each shuttlecock.
Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with milk and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Let cool on a rack.
Store them in an airtight container.
