Boiled and mashed potatoes3 cup
Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
Olive oil1 dessert spoon
Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
Small Lime1 unit(s)
Sea Salt to taste
Homemade vegetable stock to taste

Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic.
Add mashed potatoes and mix, season with salt. Add vegetable broth until you reach the consistency you like.
Remove zest from the lemon and add to the puree.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze half of it into the puree. Mix well.
Add the chives and incorporate into the puree. Serve immediately.
